Monday-Yoga to Get You Started



Get on the mat.
It is just that simple huh?      No, sometimes it is hard. I love yoga, and I really love to practice. Even if I only get five to ten minutes of yoga stretching in a day I can at least say I tried. I don't necessary have to roll out the mat. I do some stretches in bed as well. Some just like these.

I have found that over the years that yoga has really helped me. It has increased flexibility and strength. Also it has helped me with my aches and pains. Not to mention it also helps me reduce stress. I know I can use a whole lot of that. 

Here are some reasons to do yoga.
